4 Week Online Feedback

Info for critique class.
March 20th- April 10th 6:30 $160 (due in full to hold Spot)

Each student will get approx 20 min for feedback. When helpful or appropriate I will use art historical images or my own images to illustrate a point. I teach concepts, so it will be beneficial to each student to see the discussion around others’ paintings as well, but if you can only be at class for your time slot that is fine. (I will send out the order before the first class its alphabetically with the first going to the last each week) .

Everyone but the person who’s turn it will be on mute but there will be an opportunity for others to chime in throughout. I find with 8 or less people we can usually just talk casually as a group but if it gets hectic, we can use the raise the hand feature.

SUBMITTING IMAGES

Your images are due the day before (Tuesdays) at 6;30 – this gives me time to have a look at everyone’s, make notes and get them in order- if you submit late (because you paint on Wednesdays)  we will still look at your images and talk- I  won’t have the prep time to review but you’ll still get feedback- so it’s up to you!  No images will be accepted after 5:30 on Wednesdays.

Please submit one image of work and one image of each reference. it’s usually not necessary to submit multiple images of either, so please try to avoid doing that unless its there is a specific reason.

Size/quality/format

Please send images in JPEG format- nothing else..

Please send medium quality (if you are using an iphone) the small is too small and there is no benefit  in this case to extra large files.
